Are purchased items, materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?
No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate.
Do you offer service to Companies and Individuals?
Yes, we provide concierge and errands services for both individual and corporate clients. Just call us and we can customize a program to meet your individual or corporate needs.
What are you business hours?
Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am until 6:00pm. Concierge service may be available on Saturday and holidays by appointment only and is charged at a higher rate based on the service request and level of urgency.
