Terms of Use Payments
Services for monthly plans are secured by a major credit card, cash or check and require payment in full before services are rendered. Hourly services are paid in advance by cash, check, PAYPAL or money order. Any prices listed are for services rendered and do not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request.
Unused Hours
Any unused hours from monthly plans may be rolled over to the following month provided another monthly package is purchased.

Errands
All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 15 miles of travel. Travel over 15 miles will be billed at the rate of $.55 a mile.

Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, we require 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice will result in the full price of service being charged. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of service will be assessed a $25 fee.
Access to Client's Property
If we are unable to gain access to the clients residence or place of business, the client will be charged the full cost of the service.
Privacy Policy
All personal and credit card information collected by Ultimate Preferred Concierge Solutions will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time, will the collected information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the clients financial obligation to us.
